Food Traders
If you are a food trader we also need to see your hygiene certificates for all individuals serving or making food. We also need to see your food hygiene rating from your local council, if you are a new business you must wait 28 days before trading with us. So long as the 28 days have passed since you registered, we are happy to see 'awaiting inspection'
If you use power (electric or a generator) you must obtain approval before you book in.
Insurance & Certificates
You must have public liability insurance of £5 million. This is an easy to obtain and cheap insurance.
Axis Web is a crafters insurance and is around £3 to £5 a month.
If you make products that require certificates or compliance testing, please upload ONE certificate / compliance document or similar.
This includes anything that can be considered a toy such as 3D printing, crochet teddies and all cosmetics, candles and wax melts,
Gazebo Hire
We have limited gazebo and table hire available at most of our events, we try to keep these for those who need them the most, such as a new trader or someone who has difficulty putting a gazebo up. Backs and sides are available, we will not put these up in windy or gusty weather. If gazebos are set out in a row, we may only use backs. You cannot use street electric or generators in a rented gazebo, lean anything on the sides or attach items to the gazebo. The full policy is available here
